Scroll is made from 4mm birch plywood and makes reference to the manufacturing of the plywood and complements the 'bendability' of the material. Its coiled shape mimics the pealing of the layers of veneer when the plywood was made. It is also transforming a 2D object into a 3D object in the simplest way.
